Surfboard Construction
PU / PE
In PU / PE construction, we offer a wide variety of foams in different quality grades so you can choose the one that best fits your brand or model’s budget. You can also choose from different densities and stringers to personalise your boards.
We use Silmar resin together with various weights of Hexcel fibreglass to offer you a broad range of possibilities in terms of board construction.
EPS / EPOXY
If you’re looking for a lighter, more responsive model for your brand, we offer EPS / EPOXY construction. We use Marko foam together with Entropy epoxy resin and different configurations of carbon and conventional and biaxial fibreglass to deliver high-end construction models for your brand.
Our EPS / EPOXY builds carry the international Ecoboard Project seal, which certifies the quality of the materials used and our commitment to the environment.
CARBON
Carbon fibre offers great strength with reduced board weight, as well as excellent responsiveness to the wave.
AGAVE
We also build surfboards using ecological, sustainable, and natural materials such as agave — a foam with environmentally friendly properties.
