For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process the information provided by interested parties in order to deliver the requested services and to send commercial communications about our services. Specifically: service delivery, optimisation, monitoring, personalisation, and user support; user identification and verification of documents required to formalise service contracts; management of payments, collections, invoicing, claims, accidents, and administrative infringements, as well as fraud control and prevention; handling of requests, complaints, incidents, claims, or suggestions. If you do not provide your personal data, we will be unable to fulfil the purposes described.

We will also use the personal data provided by users to send them commercial communications and inform them of collaborations the company undertakes with other businesses that affect the activities and services provided by G. Junquera.

How long will we retain your data? Data will be retained for as long as the data subject does not request its erasure and, where applicable, for the number of years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Firstly, the consent provided by the data subject when supplying their data to carry out service delivery and the sending and receipt of commercial communications, including by electronic means [GDPR, Article 6.1.a)]. Secondly, the performance of a contract, should a contract be entered into with customers or users [GDPR, Article 6.1.b)].

To whom will your data be disclosed? Your data will be disclosed to financial institutions for the purpose of issuing the relevant invoices and, where applicable, to public authorities that request it in fulfilment of a legal obligation. It will also be disclosed to G. Junquera Marítima, S.L. for invoice management purposes, and its legal team will handle claims or incidents. No transfers of data to third countries are planned.

To whom will your data be disclosed? To State Security Forces and Corps, judicial bodies, and the Public Prosecutor’s Office (for the purpose of reporting a possible criminal offence). No transfers to third countries are planned.
